Log in to your Factor account
Go to factor75.com and sign in with the email address and password you used to sign up.

On desktop, look for your name or a person icon in the top-right corner of the page. On mobile, tap the hamburger menu (three lines) and find "Account". This opens your account management menu.

Scroll to the bottom of Plan Settings and click "Cancel Plan". Factor will ask you why you're canceling and may offer a retention offer (discount, free meals, pause option). Complete the cancellation flow to finalize.

Factor will send a cancellation confirmation email. Save this — it's your proof of cancellation. If you don't receive it within 10 minutes, check spam or contact Factor's support.
